The person who scopes your project writes the code. The person who writes the code answers the phone when something breaks. There's no juniors-handed-the-spec layer, no offshore second team. You meet the people who do the work.

The team is in Scotland. The work stays here. You won't be handed off to a delivery centre in another time zone after the contract is signed.

Fixed prices.
If the scope is clear enough to write down, the price should be clear enough to write down. We do fixed-price engagements with written scope, and we'll tell you when a piece of work doesn't fit that — rather than disguising T&M creep as a fixed quote.

Source, schemas, documentation, deployment scripts, keys. All of it. Written into every contract. There's no 'platform' you stay locked into, no annual licence renewal disguising a hostage situation. The software is yours.
